FIELD QUESTIONS / ANSWERED

EVERYTHING BEFORE THE FIRST VISIT.

01Do I need to be home?+

No. Give us safe yard access and keep doing your thing. We communicate around the visit and send a gate photo when we leave.

02Can my dog stay outside?+

Usually we ask that dogs stay inside while we work unless we have explicitly agreed on another safe arrangement.

03Where does the waste go?+

We double-bag it, tie it tight, and place it in your outdoor trash bin unless your service agreement says otherwise.

04What happens in bad weather?+

Routes run through ordinary St. Louis weather. If conditions become unsafe or prevent a thorough cleanup, we communicate the route change.

05Do you lock the gate?+

Yes. Gate discipline is part of the process. We check it, lock it, and send a photo before leaving.

06How is pricing calculated?+

Dog count, yard size, current condition, access, and visit frequency all affect the quote.

07Can I book only once?+

Absolutely. One-time rescues are made for spring thaw, parties, move-outs, and yards that need a serious reset.

08Do you offer deodorizing?+

Yes. Pet-safe deodorizing is available as an add-on after the physical cleanup is complete.
